By accessing or using Repair Solutions ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users including shop owners, staff members, and vendors accessing the platform.
Description of Service
What Repair Solutions provides
Repair Solutions is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for repair shops to manage jobs, customers, staff, vendors, and payments.
- Job tracking and management
- Customer SMS and WhatsApp notifications
- Payment tracking and reporting
- Multi-staff and vendor management
- Customer self-service portal with QR codes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Your Account
Responsibilities as an account holder
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access
Subscription & Payments
Billing terms and conditions
Plans
We offer Free, Basic (₹499/month), and Premium (₹999/month) subscription plans. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do with the Service
You agree NOT to use Repair Solutions to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Your Data
Ownership and handling of your business data
You own your data. All customer data, job records, and business information you enter into Repair Solutions remains yours.
We act as a data processor on your behalf. We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We implement industry-standard security measures
- You can export or delete your data upon account termination
Intellectual Property
Ownership of the platform and its components
The Repair Solutions platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during your subscription period.
Limitation of Liability
Our limitations on liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption (we recommend regular backups)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service interruptions or downtime
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
Termination
How this agreement can be ended
By You
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or for any other reason with 30 days notice (except for severe violations where termination may be immediate).
Effect of Termination
- You lose access to the platform and all its features
- We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination before deletion
- You may request a data export before termination
Changes to Terms
How we notify you of updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify you by email for significant changes
- Provide at least 14 days notice for material changes
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
