This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription only. It is designed to give you a risk-free opportunity to evaluate the platform for your repair shop.

Eligible for Refund

  • First paid subscription within 7 days of payment
  • Service is significantly not functioning as described
  • Duplicate charges due to billing errors
  • Unauthorized charges (with evidence)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Renewal charges after the 7-day trial period
  • Partial month refunds on cancellation
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Free plan (no charges apply)
Note: SMS credits consumed during the trial period are non-refundable as they are third-party costs.

  • Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
  • Step 4: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

How long refunds take to process

  • Review Time: 1โ€“2 business days after request submission
  • Processing Time: 2โ€“3 business days after approval
  • Bank Credit Time: 5โ€“7 business days depending on your bank
  • UPI Refunds: Usually within 24โ€“48 hours
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5โ€“7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3โ€“5 business days
โš  Note: All refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to a different account.

Cancellation Policy

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your Shop Dashboard โ†’ Settings โ†’ Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Or email us at workforsohil@gmail.com

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges are made after cancellation
  • You are automatically moved to the Free plan at period end
  • Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation before deletion

There are no cancellation fees or penalties. You can resubscribe at any time.

Specific scenarios and how they're handled

Technical Issues

If you experience prolonged service downtime (more than 24 hours) or critical bugs that prevent normal operation, we may offer a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.

Annual Plans

If annual plans become available, refunds will be pro-rated for unused months (minimum 30-day periods) after the 7-day guarantee window.

Billing Errors

If you are charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge), we will resolve it immediately. Please contact us with your Razorpay payment ID.

Disputes: If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first. We can usually resolve issues faster than going through your bank for a chargeback.
